Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Raqach Herbals. We are dedicated to delivering our hand-crafted herbal blends to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new product launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Calculated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days] — Calculated at checkout

> Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States [and mention other countries if applicable, like Canada or the UK].

For international orders, please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Raqach Herbals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Issues

Raqach Herbals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Missing Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at antoinette@raqachherbals.com.
